Album containing 8 bust-length physionotrace portrait etchings and aquatint with hand-colouring (10 x 11 cm. approx.), by Chretien (2), Queneday (5) and another unsigned, window-mounted, modern half calf, marbled boards, red morocco label.

Octavo (19 x 14.5 cm). Title, [2], 70, [2] pp., including 5 mounted albumen prints; very light occasional spotting. Original cloth, gilt-ruled upper cover with photograph of Norham Castle; slightly rubbed.

Second edition, enlarged. 4to, 31 original mounted photographs (albumen silver prints) on 25 leaves, descriptive letterpress, original tissue guards (browned), last few leaves a little creased in upper margin with occasional light waterstain, photographs in excellent condition, original green cloth gilt, light wear, all edges gilt, a very good copy of a scarce book.

First edition. 8vo, 150, [1], [1]pp., 20 mounted albumen prints, tipped-in printed captions below images, light waterstaining touching but not affecting photographs, contemprary brown morocco gilt, light wear.
