  1. Early film tie-in edition (18th impression), small 8vo, original red cloth, very good, printed orange dust-jacket, slight loss to head of spine, small chip to foot of spine upper fore-corner, but overall a very pleasing, neat copy.

  2. First edition, 8vo., map to front endpapers, a little minor spotting, original cloth, very minor rolling to spine, otherwise a sharp, bright copy, dust-jacket by Hugh Chesterman, very slight creasing to head of spine with a few tiny closed tears, overall a very good example with the original publisher's printed wrap-around.

  3. First edition, 8vo, mild foxing mostly to extremities of text block, gift inscription to front free endpaper dated November 1922, original pictorial cloth, an excellent copy, dust-jacket by Gordon Robinson, wear to corners and near head of spine, with section of loss to upper panel affecting the 'TR' in 'TRIUMPH', 2 light vertical creases to upper panel, some minor marking.

  4. First edition, first issue (no mention of later printings but with textual errors corrected), 8vo,. publisher's black cloth, spine lettered and stamped in gilt, gilt vignette stamped on front cover, spine faintly dulled, first issue dust-jacket without the two line credit on the front flap, printed in magenta, small areas of professional, historic restoration to top corners of spine-head and folds, spine panel very faintly sunned, minor edge-wear, otherwise a superior copy both internally and externally.

  5. First edition, 8vo, publisher's black cloth, spine and upper side stamped in silver and metallic red, dust-jacket designed by Richard Chopping, unclipped, rear panel a little dust soiled, slight rubbing at extremities, otherwise a bright and very good-plus copy.
