Large 8vo, various dried plant and flower specimens mounted onto approximately 114 leaves, each titled and numbered in manuscript, all in fine condition, leaf 22 lacks its dried flower specimen, housed green boards with black ties, corner of upper board broken; overall a fine collection of dried flowers.

First edition, 8vo (16 x 13 cm), 20 chromolithographed plates including frontispiece; marbled endpapers, bound in full contemporary calf gilt, spine lavishly gilt decorated and lettered, red morocco label, raised bands; xvi, 359 pp, some very minor spotting to endpapers; else a very good copy.

4 volumes, folio (44 x 33.5 cm), 420 engraved plates by Poiteau and Turpin, printed in colours and finished by hand by Bouquet, Leuleu, Gabriel, Massard, Bocourt, Legrand, Allais, Rodrigue and others, 3 plain plates. Contemporary green half morocco gilt, top edge gilt, others uncut, some light spotting to text, a few plates with light toning and spotting, generally clean and fresh, a very handsome set.

Thick 4to; 2 vols in one with continuous pagination, 503 pages, includes title-page of vol. II (often lacking); 61 hand-coloured plates (including two numbered 19), the occasional spot and finger-mark to margins, otherwise very good; contemporary full maroon straight-grained morocco, with blind-stamped and gilt-decorated panels to boards, gilt titles and gilt-decorated spine panels, all edges gilt, replaced endpapers, else near fine and most attractive.

Large folio (60 x 45 cm). Title page on brown paper, 12 hand-coloured lithographed plates of flowers, each captioned. Bound in recent calf backed mottled boards; overall a very attractive album.

First edition. Large folio (59 x 46 cm), subscription list, pictorial lithographed title, 8 lithographed plates and large floral tailpiece, all hand-coloured and heightened with gum arabic, modern green half morocco gilt preserving original green morocco label, a fine copy.

Volume I (all published) folio (38 x 28 cm.).With 40 hand-coloured plates (36 engraved, 4 lithographed) by S. Watts and Weddell after Chandler, heightened in gum arabic; fine contemporary green half morocco gilt, covers with L-shaped corners with multiple gilt fillets, flat spine with gilt geometric designs and floral tooling, marbled sides and edges, plates clean and fresh, a most attractive example.

6 vols, 4to (27 x 22 cm); Ornamental Greenhouse Plants and Ornamental Perrenials vol 1 First editions, 303 (of 304 hand-coloured lithograph plates, lacking 1 plate from Wild Flowers at page 144) occasional light spotting and soiling; publisher's green cloth gilt, pictorial vignettes to spine and upper covers, spines faded to tan, neat repairs to extremities, a very good set.

Folio (39 x 30 cm), hand-coloured stipple-engraved frontispiece, calligraphic title-page and dedication leaf, 90 etched and stipple-engraved plates, all hand-coloured, 4 partly or entirely captioned in the author's hand, 2 leaves of letterpress at end. Burgundy morocco gilt by Zaehnsdorf, triple gilt fillet borders on covers, spine gilt with rose motifs in compartments, gilt lettered in two, gilt edges.

Large folio album. (33 x 23cm) containing numerous specimens of dried plants, all specimens identified with printed labels. Contemporary green cloth with red floral motif to upper cover.
