  1. 36 issues bound in one volume, 4to, (25.7 x 19.8 cm); 36 full-page graphic pictorial covers, scattered foxing, some toning to leaves, a few short closed edge tears, 3 sections of news article on boxing pasted to rear blank flyleaves; contemporary half brown leather, pebbled cloth boards, gilt lettering to spine, a few minor spots to covers, some material loss to foot of spine, light rubbing to extremities, overall a very good copy; 288pp.

  2. Folio (48.5 x 31.5 cm), engraved additional title dated 1821, coloured by hand, 50 hand-coloured engraved plates, text in English and French; nineteenth century green polished half calf gilt, red morocco label, presented in original cloth backed slipcase, a fine clean copy.

  3. First edition, first printing, inscribed by the author; 8vo; publisher's burgundy cloth backed blue boards, titles to spine gilt, pictorial endpapers, with the dust jacket. Spine rather cocked, smudge to upper board, but an excellent copy in the dust jacket.

  4. First edition. small 4to, xii, 215 pp., numerous illustrations by Lt. General H. Hope Crealocke, handsomely bound for Hatchards in brown half morocco gilt, light soiling to title else an excellent example.

  5. First edition. Small 4to, [xii], xiii, 178, [1] pp., first leaf blank with previous owner's inscription, small paper flaw to first leaf of subscribers' list early twentieth century half calf, light waterstain from page 132 to end, a very good copy.

  6. Small 4to ( 28 ., edge-bound, the complete set of six hand-coloured etchings, red half morocco gilt by Zaehnsdorf, lightly rubbed.

  7. Oblong folio (45 x 57 cm); 145 pp., Gouache additional pictorial title on blue paper and 40 hand-coloured aquatint plates ; half red morocco over red marbled boards by Morrell, title and 24 plates laid down on old linen, tear to blank margin of title repaired, upper margin restored, soft creases, plates with occasional small stains etc., plate 1 with short tear to image repaired, tear to corner of page 57 repaired touching text (no loss), joints just cracked but firm, lightly rubbed, small snag to head of upper joint, corners worn. Plates generally clean and and show well.

  8. First edition; 8vo (222 x 130 mm), engraved frontispiece of Lord George Bentinck (who is featured within), small mark to edge, otherwise internally very good; mid-twentieth century half morocco by Bayntun Riviere, gilt racing devices to spine panels, marbled endapers and top edge gilt, rubbing to corners, otherwise very good.

  9. First edition; 12mo (163 x 110 mm), slight age-toning to leaves, the odd, very minor spot, otherwise near-fine; mid twentieth century half green calf over marbled boards, maroon lettering-piece and gilt devices to spine, some spotting to endpapers, slight fading to spine, otherwise very good.

  10. 8vo (223 x 160 mm); 12 hand-coloured plates by Wildrake, Heath and Jellicoe, title-page printed in red and black with illustrated vignette; early 20th century half morocco over cloth gilt, top edge gilt, original cloth covers bound in, mild mark to upper board, rubbed at corners, otherwise very good.
