Folio (40.5 x 50cm) printed text in two columns in English and French, engraved arms at head of sheet (repeated on blank verso), each with manuscript signatures of Gregor MacGregor at foot and three trustees (dated London 28 April 1834), negligible wear along old folds, very good.

Fourth edition, 2 vols, 8vo, half-titles, folding engraved map frontispiece with the usual light offsetting and spotting, bookplate on front pastedowns, further bookplate on vol. I front fly-leaf, contemporary polished half calf with marbled boards, a fine set.

Hand coloured engraved map. The map shows the extent 30° north and south of the Equator in which sugar is grown. Australia is still shown as New Holland. 29.8 cm x 23.7 cm (11¾' x 9¼'). Framed and glazed.
