A handsome folding map, attractively framed, of England and Wales, printed and published in London by Langley and Belch. The map is flanked by a pair of large and detailed explanation tables, outlining all major market towns and the county in which they reside, market day(s) each week, respective distances from London, and individual postal rates. Beneath each table are engravings of Vauxhall and Southwark Bridges, whilst the map itself has a wonderful small panorama of London above it, and an engraving of the recently opened and newly named Waterloo Bridge below. The map features a delightful small title vignette, and each county is delineated in a different colour, for ease of identification.
