First work: 2 vols, lithographed frontispiece in each volume, 20 plates, 4 folding plans, a folding map and numerous illustrations in the text; Second work: 14 engraved plates and plans, many folding, 2 folding maps, text illustrations throughout, occasional light foxing, uniformly bound in contemporary polished maroon half calf gilt, marbled sides and edges, lightly rubbed,gilt lettered direct, a very good set.
