Fourteen songs with words and music, setting verses from When We Were Young published 1924, by A.A. Milne (1882-1926). The music by Harold Fraser-Simpson (1879-1976), composer of light music and perhaps best known for his settings of children's verse. The vignette drawings are by the famous children's book illustrator, E.H. Shephard (1879-1976).

Folio 312 x 255 mm); music score with lyrics, decorated with pictorial vignettes, including title-page, head, tail and endpiece; vrey mild age-toning, offsetting to head of title-page, small nick to base of p.8, else very good; publisher's quarter cloth over papered boards, with printed paper label to upper board, pictorial dust-jacket, sunned spine, very minor soiling, more so to rear panel, chips to extremities with small losses to tail of spine and outer corners; otherwise a very good copy; [ii] + 34 pp.
