AUTHENTICTY, DESCRIPTIONS AND AVAILABILITY

We guarantee the authenticity and completeness of all items (unless otherwise described), and are happy to provide a certificate to this effect on request.   All Items can be assumed to be in good condition, with any defects being described in our description.  All items are expertly packed and fully insured.

Any item may be returned for a full refund of the original purchase price, including initial delivery costs, if it is found to be faulty or mis-described, if we are notified in writing within 14 days of receipt of the item.  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
