Small 4to (20.5 x 16 cm), [vi], 56 pp., initial blank, title with woodcut of Coryate on an elephant, 5 other large woodcut illustrations including 2 duplicates of the elephant and one of a unicorn, woodcut initials and ornaments, lightly browned, contemporary calf, covers with diamond formation and central decoration in gilt, a little worn, rebacked, new red morocco label, a very good copy.

First edition in English. Folio (32.5 x 20.5 cm), [2], 2, [18], 184, 195-264, [2], 214, [8], 119, [3] pp., 24 engraved plates (2 folding, 1 with short split to fold), contemporary sprinkled calf, neatly rebacked preserving old red morocco lettering piece, lower outer corner upper board repaired, a very good copy.

Bingham, scattered light foxing to plates, occasionally elsewhere, plate at page 296 worn along fore-edge, original pictorial cloth gilt to a design by Gustave Doré.

First (and only) edition, 8vo, xxii, 461 pp., [1], including half-title, plus the errata leaf at end, printed in French and Ottoman Turkish, some very slight dusting and scattered stains, overall clean and crisp internally; bound in contemporary Ottoman leather over boards, covers ruled in blind, spine gilt in compartments with flora motif, spine and extremities lightly rubbed, a good copy.
