  1. First edition, 4to; presentation copy, inscribed 'To the Hon.ble the Lord Woodhouselee from his sincere friend the Editor by the hands of his brother. Marie Guthrie' on front free endpaper, ownership inscription of Alexander Fraser Tytler on title, 2 folding engraved maps, 3 engraved plates, numerous illustrations in text of medals and 8 full-page, some very slight spotting, modern calf-backed marble boards, black label and gilt title, a very good copy.

  2. First edition, 2 vols; folio; 2 tinted lithographed titles with hand-coloured vignette, 79 hand-coloured lithographed plates, 36 key plates, complete with dedication and list of plates. Publisher's half red sheep over red cloth; with the rare text volume, 4to. ,x, 112 pp., original cloth-backed boards (a little stained, endpapers very foxed), the folios preserved in modern cloth boxes, an excellent set.

  3. Original drawing in ink on 4 sheets of paper joint together, mounted, framed and glazed. Dimensions of the panorama: 22 x 130 cm. Overall dimensions: 35.5 x 145 cm.

  4. 8vo. xvi, 339, 16 [advertisement] pp. with one folding map, 9 lithographs of which 4 are chromolithographs including 1 folding; occasional light spotting; booklabel to upper pastedown and large library label to upper fly-leaf (Norfolk and Norwich Library). Red publisher's cloth blind stamped, spine lettered in gilt; spine faded, joints splitting.

First edition; folio (53 x 34 cm); 100 lithographed plates on India paper, 1 unnumbered lithographed title (between plates 69 and 70) + 13 duplicates (plates 42, 44, 48, 73 other title and on china, 75 other title and on china, 77, 84, and 6 duplicates and other states in the portrait section): 114 plates in total; 19-century quarter brown morocco over marbled boards by Leon Lemardeley of Paris, spine in six compartments, letters gilt to second, raised bands, top edge gilt; extremities rubbed. Large damp-stain in the top margin of several leaves towards the end, otherwise a very clean copy.

  6. First edition, 8vo (21 x 14 cm), xii, 252 pp., 3 folding maps, 32 pp. publisher's catalogue, original fine ribbed green cloth gilt, spine faded, neat repairs to extremities, occasional light spotting and soiling, a good example.

  7. Second English edition. Royal 8vo. xvii, 370; v, 335, 8 pages ads at end, 2 large folding maps, engraved portrait, 23 wood-engraved plates, illustrations in text, Original green blind-stamped cloth gilt, volume 1 rebacked preserving spine, a very good set.

  8. First edition. 8vo., x, 370 pp., original blue cloth gilt, rubbed, light markings to cover, inner hinge split, a good copy.

  9. Octavo (24 x 15.5 cm). Title, 465, II pp.; stamp of the Odessa State Research Library on title, p. 17 and last page, stamp of the library of the Imperial New Russia University to verso of title, foxing and occasional spotting. Contemporary calf over marbled boards, gilt lettering and traces of library shelf mark to spine; spine neatly repaired.

  10. Mounted on linen, with original hand-colour; paper label to reverse, closed tear to lower section. Folding in contemporary marbled boards. Dimensions: 70 x 52 cm.
