First edition. Small 4to, (16 x 10 cm); [6], xvi, 232, [10] pp. Contemporary brown calf boards, rebacked, edges rubbed. Red ink stain to upper edge, not affecting text. Grammatical handnotes in old brown ink to the last 4 pages and occasionally throughout the text. Text in Hebrew and English.

First Hebrew edition, 8vo, (205 x 130 mm); contemporary black cloth with original upper wrapper pasted on top. Some marginal browning to pages. Small marginal tears to the first 4 leaves and the last leaf with no damage to text. Dedication to previous owner Dr. Reuven Madel, in Hebrew to the front endleaf, dated 'Lodz, 1985'. Title, i-iv, 5-82 pp.

Illuminated scroll on parchment, 3 spliced sheets, 25.5 x 202.7 cm. Hand-coloured decorations possibly later. Some wear and loss of colour, small tears; repairs to the back of first sheet.
