Publisher's printed yellow wrappers, upper wrapper lettered and decorated in black, white and blue, lower wrapper lettered and with publisher's trademark; inscribed in green ink to upper wrapper, a bit soiled.

Limited edition, one of 570 copies; folio (28.8 x 20.8 cm.). 184, X, III, [2] pp. with plain photographic portrait illustrations; waterstain to first leaves. Original publisher's burgundy cloth, gilt lettering to upper cover, flat spine lettered in gilt.
