  1. First French edition; 8vo; presentation copy signed by the author on the front free endpaper, 204pp.; original publisher's printed wrappers, slightly sunned, a very good copy.

  2. First Russian edition; small 8vo (16 x 10.5 cm); five parts in 2 vols; all parts with own half-titles and titles; occasional spotting, light marginal waterstain to several ll. in V part. Contemporary brown calf, gilt spines, initials 'A.M.' in gilt to lower spines, gilt edges; upper cover of vol. one partly split, lower spine of vol.II slightly chipped, traces of removed exlibrises on upper pastedowns.

  3. First edition; 4to (22 x 17 cm); illustrated throughout with some full-page; publisher's original pictorial boards, a very good copy.

  4. Three parts in 1 vol. 8vo (20.2 x 12.8 cm). Frontispiece, title, pp. [12], vi, [2], 198, with 53 engraved plates; title, pp. 234, with 18 plates; title, pp. [2], 221, with 39 plates; small hole with loss of a few letters to pp. 53-54, part 1; small light waterstain to several ll. in part 3. Contemporary full calf, blind tooling to spine, red morocco label to spine with lettering in blind.

  5. 8vo (22.5 x 14 cm); frontispiece engraved by A. Grachev, 111 pp., including half-title and title, xvi, [2]; pp. v-vi with upper corner torn off without any text loss, parallel texts in French and Russian, followed by 19 poems in French only; contemporary half-calf over marbled boards; extremities of the spine restored.

  6. First edition, one of 110 copies; folio; 25 (including title) colour etchings with an extra suite of 11 (two of which are numbered and dated by the artist, wide-margined copy; later half morocco with original wrappers bound in, block loosened and edges slightly bumped; text in French, translated by Jarl Priel.

  7. Part one of three, first edition. Dedication, title, 202 ll.; occasional spotting, drawings in pencil on endpapers, contemporary inscription to upper fly leaf. Contemporary calf, title blind-stamped to spine; worn, some worming.

  8. Two parts in one volume 12mo (19 x 13.5 cm). Half-title, lith. title by Davinon [D'Avignon], X, 252 pp., [2]; half-title, lith. title by Davinon [D'Avignon], 243 pp. [2]; occasional spotting. Contemporary cloth binding, flat spine with stamped lettering; cloth rubbed and sunned, some soiling.
