  1. First edition, first impression; 8vo; Publisher's orange cloth, titles to spine in black. With the dust jacket. Cloth a little marked and a trifle rubbed at the tips but a very good copy in the rather frayed and creased dust jacket with very minor loss here and there.

    £250
  2. First edition, first impression, inscribed by the author on the title-page; 'To Clive Hirschhorn, | with best wishes from | Richard Adams | Whitchurch | Hampshire'; 8vo (222 x 147 mm); tipped-in folding map at rear, light spotting to edges but only affecting 3 or 4 margins, text clean; publisher's tan cloth gilt, pictorial dust-jacket with neat minor tissue repairs, viii, 413pp; preserved in a moden quarter morocco solander box.

    £3,750
  3. First edition, first impression, 8vo. Publisher's black boards, oriental characters stamped in gilt on front board, titles to spine in silver, bamboo effect endpapers. With the dust jacket designed by Richard Chopping. Spine very gently rolled, tiny nick to the fore edge of one leaf, but a superb copy in the brilliant dust jacket entirely free from any of the fading which plagues this book. A truly exceptional example.

    £1,250
  4. First edition, first impression; 8vo; Publisher's black boards, dagger device to upper board in blind and silver, titles to spine in silver, red endpapers. With the dust jacket. Spine lightly rolled but an excellent copy in the lightly marked, creased and nicked, minimally rubbed and slightly sunned dust jacket.

    £650
  5. First edition, first impression, first issue dust-jacket without the Sunday Times review on the upper flap; 8vo. Publisher's black boards, heart device to upper board and titles to spine in red. With the dust jacket. Contemporary gift inscription to front free endpaper, spine just a touch rolled but a particularly bright copy in the internally repaired dust jacket, nicked at the edges and with some minor restoration at the top of the spine panel and a couple of corners.

    £22,500
  6. First combined edition, first printing, SiGNed by the author, 8vo. Publisher's grey cloth, title to spine in black on a brown ground. With the photomontage dust jacket. An excellent copy in the somewhat browned dust jacket with a couple of minor scuffs.

    £1,750
  7. First edition, first impression, inscribed to Paul Gallico, 8vo; publisher's dark grey cloth, spine lettered in silver, front cover with knife motif stamped in blind and silver, dust-jacket by Richard Chopping; red endpapers, top edge severely browned (as with several of Gallico's Bond books) and with some leed to upper margin of some leaves, but otherwise a very decent copy in the little worn dust jacket.

    £25,000
  8. First edition, first impression, 8vo., 255, [1] pp., publisher's black cloth, oriental characters stamped in gilt on upper cover, dust-jacket designed by Richard Chopping, the slightest darkening to spine and rubbing to upper corners, offsetting from flaps to free-endpapers and a few spots to edges (text block), otherwise a fine copy.

    £1,000
  9. First issue on sea-foam green background, 760 x 1015 mm; backed on linen; some retouching and stabilising repairs around extremities, including the bottom most line of text, otherwise a very good example of this iconic Bond poster.

    £9,500
