12 vols, 8vo (200 x 150 mm); illustrated with full-page colour plates by H.M. Brock, mild offsetting from plate tissue guards to some title-pages, a little more pronounced to vol. I of Pride and Prejudice, otherwise internally fine; bound by Whitman Bennett, N.Y. in half blue morocco gilt over marbled boards, with matching endpapers, top edge gilt, others untrimmed (as published), minor rubbing to extremities and some corners innocuously chipped, spines uniformly faded to green, otherwise a very good.
