First edition, folio (57 x 39.5 cm), viii, 82, [ii] pp., engraved map, 10 fine aquatint plates after drawings by the author, uncut in contemporary calf-backed marbled boards.

4to (21 x 17 cm) 2 vols in 1; 26 plates (24 of which are hand-coloured) in vol.1 and two plates and a lithograph in the vol. 2; later brown morocco with gilt title to spine; some foxing and tape repairs.

First edition. Landscape folio (43 x 56 cm), engraved throughout, title in French and German engraved by Junker, 50 fine hand-coloured engraved views by Johann Ziegler after Lorenz Janscha, all titled in French and German, within wash borders and with descriptive text, contemporary red half morocco gilt, spine in six compartments, large vase and flower gilt device to each, raised bands tooled in gilt, large red morocco label with floral gilt borders to upper cover, pink marbled boards, a fine copy.

First English edition, 3 volumes, 8vo, nineteenth-century vellum, black and tan morocco labels, a very good set.

First edition. 4to, illustrated with 14 albumen prints mounted (typical size 9 x 11.5cm.), 2 chromolithographs, 4 full-page wood-engravings, numerous vignettes in text, original original blue patterned cloth gilt, gilt vignettes to upper cover, all edges gilt, an excellent copy.

Engraved map, hand-coloured in outline, dissected and mounted on linen, extending west to east from London to Kracow and north to south from Copenhagen to Genoa, inset road map of Europe, lower left, key to map lower right, 'G. Biggs' mapseller's advertisements pasted to recto, publisher's label and advert pasted to endpapers, red cloth slip-case with label, worn, discolouration to map.
