NY Book Fair

Soft ground etching in black and white; 60 x 50 cm, including frame. Artist's name etched in black at bottom right of etching, with his Hebrew name underneath (Haim Aaron ben David); etching glued on a white background with Theodor Herzl's own signature in pencil at the bottom right; at the bottom left of the picture is a star of David with Hermann Struck's initials in it, to its right is his signature in pencil. Very good condition.

First edition, 8vo (18 x 11 cm) x, (2), 152pp.,Contemporary paper-covered boards, marked with ink on upper cover,label, rubbed and partly worn away, spine partly split; overall a good copy, housed in modern black foldover box, black morocco label, gilt lettered.
