Istoriia Russkoi Revoliutsii. [The History of the Russian Revolution].

The first edition of Trotsky's account of the Russian revolution which remains one of the most important works of history ever written. His biographer Isaac Deutscher describes it as Trotsky's, 'Crowning work, both in scale and power and as the fullest expression of his ideas on revolution. As an account of a revolution, given by one of its chief actors, it stands unique in world literature.'

We could not find any copies of the first edition ever appearing on the market. It first appeared in English in 1934, having been translated by Max Eastman.
