First UK edition, first impression; presentation copy inscribed by the author; 8vo; publisher's black boards, titles to spine gilt, with the dust jacket; light tape residue to the endpapers, from an old jacket protector, spine rather dull but a very good copy in the frayed and torn dust jacket rather faded at the spine.

First American edition; folio (300 x 225 mm.); black & white photographs throughout; publisher's stiff card covers with design by June Leaf, minor rubbing to extremities but overall a near fine copy.
