  1. 12mo (135 x 80 mm.); engraved title possibly after Romeyn de Hooghe, 7 engraved plates, first plate with some loss to fore-edge margin, later ownership markings and labels to front pastedown and fly-leaf, stitching pulling with some separating to contents; contemporary calf, rebacked in old sheep, with later spine label, rubbed, edge wear, upper hinge pulled with some wear to head of spine; [A1 engraved title], A2-[I10] pp.3-212pp., final blank.

Title within woodcut vignette, 118 full-page woodcut medallion portraits by Rudolf Wyssenbach after Rudolf Manuel Deutsch, each within architectural woodcut border, pp. 128 text within woodcut boards, more than 100 figurative initials and ornamental grotesque decorations by Peter Flötner. Contemporary vellum; neat repairs, soiled, internally clean and fresh.

Engraved frontispiece, engraved portrait of Jeanne d'Arc and 18 engraved plates (the so-called 'suite anglaise' by Marillier), tissue guards; mild foxing scattered throughout, ink ownership stamp 'Charron' on blank recto of frontispiece, contemporary blue silk endpapers. Contemporary red morocco, gilt fillet borders to covers, spine with gilt decorative compartments, gilt edges; slightly marked and rubbed with superficial wear to head of spine and one corner.

  6. 8vo, (16.2 x 10.8 cm); text in Latin and Greek, woodcut initials, some mispagination between pp.237-273, with some page numbers having been changed in early manuscript, contemporary ink underlinings, cross-outs, and marginal and interlinear notes throughout, perforated stamp to title page, a few earlier ownership marks on the front free endpaper, some toning and soiling within; contemporary blindstamped pigskin, metal clasps, white manuscript letting to spine, spine varnished, some rubbing to boards, overall a very good copy; [16], 598 [i.e. 634], 72pp.
